Tropical Penpals-blog.com – Philippines Blog An urgent appeal to the BPO Services Association (Philippines)
There isn’t any staff on this business! Beware the crook! At the time he writes this he’s in Qatar working as a security guard and he writes all that for his wife in the Philippines who make her believe he’s there (In Qatar) for BPO business. He’s a liar! a mythomaniac suffering from borderline disorders. Please, advise your members in the Philippines to stay away, do not make any advance payment, THERE ISN’T ANY BUSINESS GOING ON, NO CLIENTS NO BPO INFRASTRUCTURE WHAT SOEVER.
Below is an excerpt from http://bpo24hour.website-host.biz/
Tropical Penpals-blog.com – Philippines Blog. Its been an extremely busy time since we started BPO24hour.com the reason being is that we grew from a small number of staff to now trying to keep somewhere between 20 to 40 people busy.
We had a fairly large client that we decided to drop due to the way they operate. Absolute nightmare customer who I could easily imagine running a sweat shop. Not that we are unreasonable here but simply he just added more and more demands to everything as the campaign went on. With the added expression “ That’s all we are willing to pay take it or leave it”.
Which when assessing maybe someone paying their staff in rice would accept for us it was better to drop and look at better clients. Joke being the company actually boasts its PR as being something special yet even their employees in their office have been writing up about how they are abused on a regular basis.
So glad to get rid of that client and on to new pastures! The downside of that was having to now work in multiple time zones as I now have to manage multiple clients on multiple time zones. Currently U.S, Australia and the UK which we are managing but could do with family time as well but short-term sacrifices lead to long-term gains. For me that is getting everyone in full-time employment.
But also on the positive side multiple time zones means that the call center can be operating both in the daylight hours and night shift which is another bonus once the dust settles.
